Grading System
The student shall be expected to fulfill course requirements and write final examiniations in all courses for which he/she is registered. The final mark shall be determined on the basis of class participation, term assignements, progress tests, and the final examination.The proportion of marks allocated to the final examination may vary from one course to another.
Marks are numerical, the highest mark is 99% and the passing mark is 60%. Any mark below 60% is considered a failure and the student must repeat the course.
Evaluation is based on the following guidelines:
Excellent .................................... 85-100%
Very good ................................... 75-84%
Good........................................... 65-74%
Satisfactory................................. 60-64%
Needs improvement...................... Below 60%
